This is our second stay at the Gueguen apartments and we are happy we returned. The staff is very helpful and the location could not be more perfect, in a quiet neighborhood but within walking distance of everything. Very convenient that they have private off-street parking as well. Plus you get a free tasting with your stay.:) The apartment is very comfortable and quiet. You will need to supply everything if you plan on cooking (oil / spices) but there are enough dishes and pans to create a simple meal on site. Beds were very comfortable as well. Perfect amount of space for 2 couples to hang out. Hope to return again soon!

The world's best white wine and a peaceful day Positive: The room was very spacious and clean. Especially the living room was spacious and nice. They kindly responded to me when I had trouble using the washing machine. Thank you for the wonderful staff.

Lovely spot to spend the end of our holiday Positive: This property was perfect for a 2 night stop off between Italy and the channel tunnel. It was quiet and comfortable for the 4 of us. Great to have parking. Negative: Possibly would have been good to have an alternative to pod coffee machine. Eg cafetiere or similar

A wonderful, restful and welcoming stay in the very heart of Chablis. This is France! Positive: Apartment layout, decor and furniture was clean, comfortable and matched well. The whole apartment was really well designed and expertly finished. The bathroom was spacious and very comfortable. The location was ideal to the town and surrounding area, and the wine shop staff downstairs were extremely helpful. Negative: The water in the shower was warm enough for bathing, but we could not get it hotter (which we would have preferred). Please leave out the instructions for the pellet stove (we found them eventually in the laundry room). For cooking, consider adding cooking oil. Lastly, have the maid knock before entering. She came in around mid-morning one day and did not announce herself. She unlocked the door and just came in (and went to the laundry room and then left). We were both home and still in our pajamas. One of uswas also about ready to shower. We were very surprised!
